We are delighted to announce that SBS has been awarded the prestigious recognition for the most complex project of 2024 within the IBM Power System platform in the Central and Eastern Europe region.

We take great pride in our team, which, in collaboration with our partners, successfully delivered this outstanding project, once again reaffirming our expertise, reliability, and commitment.

The project encompassed:

• Establishing an SAP environment on a modern, robust platform that provides better support for business processes, enhances performance and security, and maintains high availability standards. Careful planning and execution of each step minimized risks and ensured business continuity during and after the migration.
• A migration process that enabled the transition to a modernized infrastructure, resulting in improved performance and security.
• A new infrastructure designed to be highly available, eliminating any single points of failure (SPOF) across the entire system, thereby ensuring uninterrupted service availability.
• Compute and storage resources expanded to enable the migration of billing systems for planned organizational units, with the capacity to scale further for additional units outside the project scope if needed.
• All applications and functionalities were successfully migrated from the legacy infrastructure. Feedback from key system users and SAP consultants confirmed that the migration was executed without any negative impact on the client’s business processes, considering factors such as availability, performance, and other critical aspects.
